Nice shootin' Travis! :D Good to see that Swift is still getting a workout. How far was the doggie when you popped him with that old Ruger? Talk about DRT....bet he was still in his tracks. :eek:

WOW Never seen a coyote with both eyes popped out like that. Talk about right between the eyes! :morons:

hueys66--FANTASTIC shooting--right between the eyes!!! I've seen that effect on one eye, but never on two. Great photo! Thanks for posting that. The fur on that one sure looks to be in good shape--nice light color too.

Here's a photo of the eye of a female coyote that got hit in the head and got a little bit of a "red eye" problem for it.

It is weird because that same year I punched another dog about the same distance and right between the eyes but it took everything out the back. It is kind of hard to predict the results of that Swift. This was muttley as a pup and his third coyote that day and ever. He prefers kitties. :D
