11-19-09 Coyote

Post by Song Dog »

With work and all the rain, it has been hard to find time to get out and call. I started my night by going to a couple whose been having a fox that has been after their cat, as I drove by they were having Bible Study and knew that was out. So I moved on to another spot. I sat up along the edge of a field road with the corn at my back and a good view down the road and in front. This guy popped out and as I barked, he quartered towards me and I made an Illinois Neck Shot ;D with my CZ 527 Varmint 204. As I proceeded to get on the pup distress, it was at the 8 minute and something mark.
