Description

Ruger #1 V Varmint in 223 caliber. Serial # shows a mfg date of 1984. I bought the rifle in 1986. Has the red butt pad. I have putt about 400 rounds thru it since I have owned it. Can't say what was thru it before I got it. Rifle comes with a ton of reloaded ammo as follows,
370 rds. with 55gr Sierra HPBT, CCIBR4 Primers and 25 1/2 grs Varget.
365 rds. with 55gr Sierra Moly coated HPBT, CCIBR4 Primers and 25 1/2 grs Varget.
350 rds of empty cases, some have been resized and primed ready to load.
All brass is Winchester. Loaded rounds are once fired and empties are twice fired.

Never had the Ruger #1 bug. Unfortunately, I have always heard the bad comments about them. Oh well.

I considered picking it up but after the 204 Ruger I bought from him and the 221 Fireball from Hawkeye I figured I'd be pushing my luck for the rest of January. If he did not sell the ammo and brass I'll probably drive over and offer him some money for it.
