It is a blessing and a curse to have such big elk roaming the hills. Everyone who draws the limited entry tags expects to shoot a 380+ bull. More and more hunters are concerned with the score of the animal and fail to appreciate the experience and thrill of the hunt. I would be tickled pink to harvest any branch antlered bull. But the big ones sure are fun to look at!

How can you NOT mount that for a wallhanger?
Personally - I would love to take a big bull......................BUT you can't eat the horns! Cow Elk taste just as good!

There was another elk taken in Southern Utah that grossed over 440". When the pictures are released I'll post one here. Lots of big elk falling this year.
