I started reading both Handloader and Rifle Magazine back around 1968 when I returned to "The World" if memory serves. Rifle came out first and was very well received, then Handloader about two years later. Lots of good technical stuff in both; I've been a subscriber ever since and have a huge reference library as a result. Good stuff for sure.

I will throw this out to you guys. I have about 70 plus issues of Handloader magazines (might even be a couple of Rifle) in four of the cardboard magazine files. They start from at least the #4 issue/Nov-Dec 1966. I am open for a bid on them, plus whatever the shipping costs maybe (could be on the high side). I would box them all up and send them as a group/box full. Will go from there.. Bill K :D

Reloader. I am not interested in making any money on these. Just cleaning house. Over the years I have read and re-read them numerous times and after seeing the discussion, etc. thought someone would want them. If all I get is the postage/freight covered, I think I would be happy. Soooo anyone ? Bill K :D

Well, on my trusty bathroom scale, they show about 37 lb. So I would guess around 40 lb would be the weight Parcel Post would go. Ups fee, I do not know. But I am going to check in a day or two, as I had a personal email from a party that wants them.. I will know more in a day or two and post more info.. Bill K :D

I first came across Handloader in 1966. Ken Waters had a Pet Load article on the .257 Roberts (one of my favorite old cartridges) in issue 4 ( or volume 4). I wished that I still had the original copies but thru many moves I disposed of most of them.

The Rifle magazine came a few years later and now I am sure it outsell the Handloader.
