Newbie here and I need some brass !
Hey -
Newbie to the website. I am in need of some .204 brass.
If interested I have lots of pistol brass and some rifle brass to trade. Also, lots of lead pistol bullets.
Thanks in advance - Shiner

Do yourself a favor and spring for a bag of Rem. or Win. brass. It is always best to KNOW the history of your brass.

+ One for what Ramos said.
It's best to start out with fresh new brass for each rifle, and keep it segregated for each rifle for best accuracy, as once it's fireformed in a specific chamber, it's really then "custom formed" brass for that chamber.

Really appreciate the good feedback. Sounds like good advice.
I'd still be interested in some brass if anyone wants to set up a trade.
Thanks

Ozark: Do yourself a favor and go out and buy a bulk bag of 100 pcs of either WW or R-P brass. No sense in dinking about with brass fired in someone elses rifle and not knowing the history of it either. You'll be well served with brand new brass for your rifle and start out fresh.
Used brass is a pig in a poke, and never really a good idea for a new rifle. The $25 or so will be well spent. JMO

DITTO, When I bought my XR-100, I bought 100 rds of Hornady loaded with 32gr v-max and 500 WW cases. That way I could shoot right away and still had a good start for working loads up.futuretrades wrote:+1 for what RIO said!!!
Best of luck,

Get the new stuff. I'd prefer Nosler and then followed by either Remington or Winchester. While you're at it, I'd uniform the the primer pockets and deburr the flsh holes.
