Cooper MTV & Leupold

I was just up at Nosler visiting wifey, and noticed that a friend has THREE Cooper 21's for sale, all with Leupolds. Here's what's available:
Cooper M21 MTV 204 Ruger w/Leupold VX3 6.5-20X
Cooper M21 MTV 223 Rem w/Leupold VX3 6.5-20X
Cooper M21 Phoenix 22-250 w/Leupold VX3 6.5-20X
Price may be negotiable, but all three rifles are tagged with scopes at $2,350 each. All appear to be mint condition and all have nice wood (except the Phoenix of course
