Help with price for a Cooper please

Hello. I acquired a Cooper rife a couple years ago from a 70 year old gentleman that has 11 Cooper's. It's a Model 22 in 243 and the reason he traded to me was he had just got in a new 243 AI and didn't need it.
I really don't know anything about prices of used Cooper's. I'll tell you what I have and if you know what a fair price is I would appreciate you telling me. Also I've had it about 2 years and never shot it.
He told me that he had sent it to Cooper and for $465.00 including shipping, They did a 1.75# trigger job, a bedding job, and threaded it and made a knurled cap for it. The trigger is really nice with zero creep and feels to be between 1.75 and 2#'s.
It's a single shot M22 Phoenix with a stainless 26" barrel and 1-10 twist. Caliber is .243. The stock is really pretty, Black with orange webbing, some say the webbing is more tan. The gun is in 98%+ condition but has no box or papers. He showed me some targets he had shot with it with 55gr Nosler Ballistic Tips that were 3/8" 5 shot groups and he said 55gr is all that he ever tried. Also he told me the gun has only had 200 rounds or less fired in it.
I've considered selling it since my light stroke but I have no idea what a fair price would be for the seller and buyer. I do know shipping with insurance is going to be around $50.00. Thanks for any help.
