Hi Guys,
I broke the Zip spindle on my Hornady .204 dies.
There are no stock in South Africa.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction, to get one of these please?

what is a Zip Spindle for a 204 die? or better yet would you show a picture of the Zip Spindle, thanks

I would think Hornady could send that item directly to you.. I would check with them and go from there. Bill K

When I bent mine I contacted Hornady directly and they sent a replacement at no cost. I don't know if they will do this for international customers.

It might be easiest and quicker, but more expensive, to replace the die

I have a spare but I have no idea how to get it to you.

Hornady won't ship to South Africa. Maybe they think we are terrorists armed with varmint guns.

There are no Hornady dies for .204 Ruger in South Africa, so it would be a huge issue.


Same thing happened to Blok's die. He had to import a new die set.

Would someone please be willing to mail me a spindle or two?
