Thanks for the info', not smart on computer abbreviations, I live about 250 miles from first Stop Guns in Rapid City, SD. They have about the best buys on coopers that I've found, however I'd like to find a pre-owned instead of buying new.

I know what you mean about the price of Coopers! The only reason I was able to get mine was I traded a Kimber .45ACP straight up (only had to pay the transfer fees) Now that I've shot mine I'm in love Hope you find a deal on one! Gary

I ended up finding a Cooper Varmint (not MTV) in 223 for a decent price, ordered a Ziess 6x20x50 varmint reticle. Should have the rifle tomarrow and the scope soon after. Someday maybe a 204
