I ordered a set of light weight one piece bases from Talley Mfg. last friday over the phone. I used a visa gift card and specified USPS Priority to get them here before the holiday week-end. I thought they should have been here by now so, I gave them a call. Seems they could not use the card because it would not match up with my address. Unfortunately, the call-back number I gave them was wrote down one digit off (or I miss-spoke). Anyway, when we figured all this out, the gal said she would rush a set out today with a bill to send them payment enclosed. I have never done business with them before and, they have no idea who I'am. I was'nt pitching any kind of a fit either! They simply took the extra step and decided to trust a stranger to pay his bill. The delay is unfortunate but, I sure was surprised that they offered to resolve it in this fashion, in this day and age.
