Re: .204 with Leupold varmint reticle

Maybe I am old school but I just zero my weapon in at a said yardage such as 200 for the .204 Ruger and keep my card on the outside stock for refference. I don't shoot over 300 yards with that .204 of mine any way and the 250 and 300 settings are plan for me to read and whats more important fast.

If I had to take a math class nowdays, I would most likely come home empty handed as far as the animals are concerned. I most certainly use a range finder for elk hunting and mule deer hunting but I seldom think about shooting 600 hundred yards anymore due to not seeing as well. I have a limit of 400 yards on elk and 300 on mule deer. I do use my mil-dot scope for longer range but I like to keep things plan and simple ok. :D
