Redfield scopes
I was wondering how good Redfield scopes are. My dad has one, and I like it, but I just don't know if there are any common problems with it. Thanks.

Re: Redfield scopes
You are talking about current models, right? Not the old ones?
The new Redfield scopes are owned and manufactured by Leupold right here in the USA. They have great glass and are a good
bang for the buck". I am hoping that Leupold expands the options in the Redfield lineup. I'd love to see a Redfield version of Leupold's 6.5-20x scopes.

Re: Redfield scopes
Ya the new ones. From what I have seen, they seem to be fairly clear, I just don't know if I were to get one, a problem to look out for. For the most part they seem to be a very good scope. I was also wondering...There are 2 different scopes in a 3 by 9. I was wondering if I were to get the better and more expensive one, if it was worth the extra money?
