Quick turnaround, very quick, I'm happy with that. Just wish they had better reply skills. They did keep me informed via email when they got the scope, & when it was being worked on, but I could not get them to reply to a request, I sent two emails to the people that emailed me. While at work it's sometimes hard to find time to call during the day, so all I could do was try the email route.
Oh well if it's fixed, thats the main issue. I'll be home in about 3 weeks and get it mounted up & try to welcome some "pasture poodles" back after their winters nap!!
Two thumbs up for the quick service and no hassle to get it taken care of!
