I have Three cal.'s in an AR-15 to work up loads, and prep allot of brass. Does anyone have any openions on the Hornady prep center? At $300 plus, or minus. Its not an investment to take lightly.
I would like your thoughts before I take the plunge. Thanks, R.Delung

I have not used the Hornady flavor, but looked at it in person.
The RCBS prep station that I have works rather well. In my opinion, believe the lay down RCBS would work better and be less strenous than the stand up style of the Hornady.
Anybody own one of the Hornady stations?

I recently prepped 2000 cases with my RCBS and it worked very well. I considered the Hornady but the price difference made my decision for me. At $119.00 compared to $300.00 I could not justify it. I agree that having the rotating parts flat instead of vertical should be less strain on the operator. I own a lot of Hornady equipment but went with RCBS on this one. Use the money you saved on a good digital powder system. I'm new to reloading and the Chargemaster has been a real help to me loading these cases for my upcoming trip.
