Load for Ruger M77 MkII
Just wondering if anyone has developed an accurate load for shooting in the Ruger M77 Mk11 .204 and would be willing to share the details? I have been playing with some loads but would have to admit that they are so far not shooting any better than the factory ammo.

Brendan--I'm sure you know that what works in one Ruger M77 MkII may not necessarily work in your Ruger M77 MkII, but to help other posters out, why don't you list the exact loads you have tried. Tell us what brass you are using, powder, powder charge weight, primer, reloading dies you are using, etc.

Re: Load for Ruger M77 MkII
brendan
so far i have found a couple of loads for my m77II
40 v max
27.0 gr varget
win brass
cci 450 primer
3525 fps kinda slow but shoots .3" to .5" at 100 yrds
34 dog town
26.6 benchmark
win brass
cci 450 primer
3720 fps
.4" to .75" at 100 yrds
redding type s full length and neck dies
i have found that the 40 v max will shoot decent in most of my 204s if they are slowed down

If not for my forgetful nature remembering things would be no problem at all.
