Has any one used the competition full length die from RCBS? I was thinking about getting one or should I just use their regular dies?
Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

It's a good thing parts are readily available for RCBS dies, because I always seem to be buying parts and fixing something on those dies. Never had a problem and never needed a part for any of my Redding dies. If you need competition quality for your needs look at the Redding. In fact you can load a fine cartridge for a factory chamber with most any set of dies but I like the groups I get in my 204's since I switched to Redding. Check 'em out.

I started using Forster Benchrest dies about a year ago and I can produce some really consistent and highly accurate ammo for my .204 and .223s..

Steve, Hotshot and Oldturtle gave you some good advive about going with the forster or redding dies. All of my rcbs dies are setting in the corner collecting dust right now. We all want to make the most accurate ammo we can. Buy good dies and it will be cheeper in the long run for you.

Another vote for Redding Competition Dies....most of my RCBS dies have been replaced over the years with Redding. Once I checked my TIR on ammo produced with Redding vs. RCBS, it was no contest. Targets do not lie.

I too replaced my RCBS dies. I really like the Forster dies for my 204. I just got some Redding dies for my 6mm AI project rifle. I would recommend Forster or Redding dies for accurate reloading.
