To take this in a slightly different direction, I purchased some primed Fiocchi for the .204 that had the bullets pulled. The brass looks good, no marks, nice and clean and I checked neck tension with a bullet and it was tight to seat. That's not to say they are all that way. My original plan was to remove my depriming pin and size them just to make sure. And I did measure some at the base and neck and the neck is dead on and even just slightly under specs.
