Berger Bullets email Tech Info Available

Post by Rick in Oregon »

I usually don't post anything from other forums, but the link below is invaluable for anyone ever needing assistance or loading help from the source at Berger Bullets. They have brought Kevin Thomas on board as a technical advisor, and for anyone familiar with Sierra Bullets also, Kevin will need no introduction. The link also has email addy's for Walt Berger and other experts at Berger willing to help.

Brian: I hope posting this info is okay.

In the past couple days I've been exchaning emails with Bryan in order to get some load data for the 52 and 55 grain Varmint Match bullets that I've picked up for the new rifle project. Bryan has been very helpful and responses were timely.

I can't wait to get this new rig out to the range. The wife picked me up the Stainless Wilson micrometer bullet seater die for Valentine's Day so it's time to start seating some of those Berger bullets!
It's more important where ya hit 'em, than what ya hit 'em with.

kenbro: Glad you found another small caliber source. There's alot of knowledge and experience over there.

.14 caliber eh? Remember all the associated equipment that goes with a 'non-standard' caliber, Ken...... Could be alot of fun, but very expensive too. See.....wifey is right, I must be an expensive guy to hang out with. :D (But Skipper is worse, I promise!)

Good luck with the quest.

Rick, Thanks for posting the sources for Berger Bullets...... I'm just getting into their 35s and I'm sure questions will come up in the near future if the Spring winds ever die down...

Agree. They're really trying hard to answer questions about loading and using their bullets. I've had success both on the target range and in the field with their VLD's. Good bullets and they've been very helpful about providing load data.

Berger is very good about giving out reloading information and they respond quickly.
