rifle bedded and shoot finely

Post by Lee C. »

First thanks Rick and acloco for your advice on the Brownell accura glass kit. Thats what i used on my 204 for bedding and it turned pretty good. So good that i just got my old bv 223 savage cleaned up and put back to gether last night from bedding that stock.

I did finely brake down and got a caldwell front rest and rebag to shoot off now. But i was doing a powder test agine last week end to see if this helped at all. and had a group that i couldn't be happyer with. But i'l have to load some more up to see if it holds up now. If i ever smarten up and learn how to post some pictures on here. :wall:

Well just thanks agine guys for all your advice and help. Lee
PS I've got a new sss trigger comeing this week for my 204 witch should help some too.

Lee: Glad to hear you got two of those rifles bedded. Let us know how they shoot after the treatment. I've found that Accraglass is good stuff, and about the easiest to work with. Good show.
