Win failsafe 180gr 30-06 info request/query

I have a Ruger M77 MKII. I am loading 180gr Win Failsafe bullets....I thought it was a little odd that my COAL came out to 3.150. Thats just a little off the lands....Anybody has similar COAL with this bullet in their Rugers?
