1) On once fired brass, why don't you start by neck sizing and depriming simultaneously. They have changed the picture since I last looked at it. The original picture in the ebay link looked like an FX-II.

Actually my reply to your most accurate gun question is wrong. I guessing you mean .204 specific? It would be a custom built rifle.
