Re: reloading for Browning Predator Hunter
I try to get both good accuracy and great velocity. Most of the time I can, but not always. Accuracy always wins the day. I have yet to shoot any 32gr. bullets in my 204, but I have shot 34's, 35's, and 37's. I'm impressed with the 34's, especially since they are Nosler seconds that Midsouth Shooter...

Starting to improve now. The walking does help and I'll take your advice and do more of it.
Did your road get dried out?

Re: reloading for Browning Predator Hunter
Nice shooting. Looks like the Browning Predator Hunter shoots quite well. What primer are you using or did you list it and I missed it. Lyman makes a trimmer similar to Lee's that does 17's and 204's. https://www.lymanproducts.com/e-zee-tri ... ing-system

I'm seating mine to 2.275 with Rem. 7 1/2 primers and the rest the same as yours.

I agree with Bill and Rick. Your load is within 1/10th of what I load. What primer and brass are you using?

Re: Load development-CZ 527 American
8208XBR is my favorite in the 204. Running a 35gr. Berger in my rifle I use 27.9 gr. of 8208. The brass is Hornady and the primer is Rem. 7 1/2.
CRT bullets are no longer made I'm sorry to say. The 37gr. Blackhole Bullets works quite well also.

Re: Load development-CZ 527 American
Decent group. I'm not a fan of the 39gr. Sierra's, but lots and lots of folks love them. The 32gr. Nosler BT works good on Coyotes. I'm a huge fan of the Berger 35gr hp and especially the 37gr.hp CRT bullet or the 37gr. Blackhole bullet.

Hammer Bullets
Has anyone tried the 31gr. Hammer bullets on Coyotes? If so, what were your results? Good pelt bullet, horrible round for Coyotes?

Re: Youth starter rifles
I have a 6.5 Creed in a Kimber and love it. With all the bullet options for that caliber it can get mind boggling. I decided to choose a bullet based on past experiences with other calibers. I don't think the plain ol' Hornady Interlock bullets can be beat at their price point and performance in any...

Re: Still slow here
I'll try and send you fellars some.
The weather is going to get nicer here with no rain, so if I can quit hobbling around I may get some shooting in.

Re: Still slow here
Rain? We have plenty of that and could actually use some dry for a while.
Maybe next week I can get that 204 barrel installed on a Kimber.
