Out of round chamber?

I have had my .204 for about 7months now and with the help of many on this forum I have found many a good load and a lot of savy. But even with all the good advice and a couple hundred bucks in reloading gear, I still am having issues with runout. Measuring at the ogive I get as much as .010" o...

gunsaregood , If you want something that'll give you some real zip and also meters well then try some Blc-2. With 30 gr. under 39gr SBKs I averaged 3960Fps on a 10 shot string last friday. This load is very exciting in dogtown  I use benchmark and the 39gr sierras to embarass my 6mm BR shootin...

That's 4 pdods gone to rat heaven and 1 more that you'll get with your 6th shot.

I haven't tried any 32gr bullets in my gun yet but when I see groups like that, I know it won't be long!

My friend uses Quick load to develop his loads and he is always talking about nodes. He is always looking for the next node and to see if he can pack enough powder in the shell to reach it. I wont sit next to him at the range, he needs both hands to lift the bolts. In my XR100 I tried settin...

Skipper I measured again and came up with the same thing. I did turn that norma brass and may have removed too much. I was trying to just clean them up which they didn't need but I only "shined them up". I have fired them twice now since then with no split necks, this measurement is on th...

I guess I better go buy another bag of Rem brass although from what I 'm told, the Pdogs here in AZ aren't as plentiful as in the northern regions. :x My 11 year old daughter will be shooting her Savage .17HMR but knowing her she'll be pestering me to shoot the .204. She is deadly with it out at the...

acloco I bought some of the Norma brass from Sinclair and found it to be absolutly the best as far as neck wall thickness is concerned, especially after knocking down the high spots on some new R-P brass. I had to scrape more than 80% of the neck on the Normas to see a high spot. Its to bad that it...
