The pro varmint I had was horrible. 3" groups at best from 100. I tried everything and it wouldn't shoot consistently with any hand load. I purchased mine in 2008, it had black in the flutes. I basically gave it away and will never buy another. I was in your boat, bought it cheap and sold it ve...
