Re: Help me decide: 24" Shilen 1:9 vs 20" mcgowen 1:11
I have a 24" Shilen 1:9 (Heavy Barrel) on my AR and it seems to prefer the heavier projectiles like the 39grn HPs, but still groups sub MOA with the 32grn'ers

Re: Help with my Contender
Holes should be touching @ 100 & 50 yds. The rate of twist my not be fast enough to stabilize the 40gr prjectile. Does your buddy have the 1:12 twist? Try a 32gr and see what happens....

Re: Laser boresighter for 204
I've used all methods mentioned above and they all work....after many years of collecting "gadgets" it gets down to personnel preference. If you have a good scope, all you need to do is get on paper on the first shot and it's an easy day from there.

Re: CCI small primers anywhere????
Quoting the latest G&A article about the shortage; Guns have gone mainstream and more folks are buying guns and shooting them. The industry is running production 24/7 and are just now starting to catch up. A few of the big boys are expanding their plants to some of the Southern state in order to...
