Clean your dies thoroughly, then try the dry neck lube again.

I only use the dry neck lube when I am using a bushing neck die as well.

Depending on the powder you use, you might have to brush the inside of the case necks as well, some powder is dirtier than others.

Check the lettering on the bottom of your cases as well. Some case, when the caliber/manufacturer info is stamped, leaves high points and can cause the brass to be tipped slightly in preses, regardless if shell holders or no shell holders are used (Forster CoAx or Arbor presses). I actually did have the chance to hold one in hand. Feels just like my Springfield XD Service model (in 40 S & W)....minus the grip safety.

Balance was good, overall dimensions were good....I am impressed.

You are actually having an issue with the seating stem of the die. In some cases, you need to open up (drill) the center of the seating stem so that the contact point is NOT on or near the plastic tips, but on the ogive of the bullet. Have an opportunity to purchase a new FN/FNH pistol in 9 or 40 (10 or 14 round). My pick would be the 40 caliber 14 round flavor. Besides that, anybody held one in hand? I use a Springfield XD Service model in 40 S & W to teach concealed carry. Any personal opinion between the two? Have not held...
