I'm looking to buy a.17HMR. I have my eye on a thumbhole Savage :roll:. 200 yard LRPV range report

I took the day off today to take my dog to the Vet for a ultrasound$$$ :shock: .When I went outside this morning it was beautiful, NO wind and 55 degrees. Skipper Look at the Lista,Lyon,and Equipto sites.They'll have what your looking for :wink:. Do a setup like your old one. Just remove the two bottom center cabinets so you have some leg room

My Sierra manual only lists loads with RE7. :shrug: I also would like to try RE10X with the 55gr Bergers in .223.

No.. my groups opened up.Thats why I went back to 2.263. I only tried it with the Sierra 39's. Maybe I didn't go far enough :shrug: We'll give it another try with the LRPV :wink:

I'm 2.450 OAL .004 off the lands in my VLP and LRPV with the 39's.Never loaded this long . 2.280 is the longest load tested last summer. I now load to 2.263 OAL with no need to change... YET :eek:
