Thanks wrzwaldo i coated some last night and let the thumbler run about 2 hrs every thing came out real good 270 50 gr bergers, 300 35 bergers, and aprox. 350 39 bks all at one time useing 3 450 ml tubbs stacked inside i found one 50 gr that never made it to the form die just a jacket a lead core in...

wrzwaldo and others that are coating their own bullets
how long do you tumble them in a thumbler tumbler
or how long in a vibrateing tumbler
also are you waxing afterwords

thats kinda what i planned on doing no use loading them long if you can not fill your mags or have a extra one ready to go

loading for ar mag length

i was just wondering if everyone is loading to magazine length in their ars or loading long for case volume especially with the 50 grain bergers

im in also but i am not going to start swapping loads around at the last minute like last time :!:
i also need to get out and see what my targets look like at 200 yards i have only shot p dogs at the longer ranges :)

i may be wrong but i thought the sinclair chamber gauge just measured the brass chamber length so you know how long your brass needs to be trimmed to then after the chamber you have some freebore and then the lands :huh:

danny the stock i ordered from sss took about 12 weeks the bbl i ordered from them took more like 16 weeks
single shot action from northlands 5 days :D

i use the mtm but have tried the frankford boxes also but they break and chip if they get knocked around
