Re: Why am I missing?
after sighting at 100 yrds you need to shoot at 150, 200 ,250. 300 to see what YOUR GUN WITH THAT AMMO DOES, dont go by what my gun or his gun shoots, you will only know what YOUR GUN AND AMMO DOES IF YOU SHOOT YOUR GUN AND AMMO AT DIFFERENT RANGES.

Rain won't stop
Dear fellow 204 shooters I am getting sick of the rain. I have what I belive is a great load for the 35 grain bergers and loaded up 200 of them just to see how they work. the last range trip proved them to shoot better then me. however we have been getting hit real hard by rain and now I can't even ...

Re: Carry handgun for calling predators in case a cougar attacks
Silverfox you always give great info on this and other forums and i feel honored to give you my 2 cents worth. I for one hate the 9 mm and here are a few of the reasons. I am a taxidermist and had a good costomer who had a deer he was hunting get hit by a car and had to be finish off. he called the ...

Re: Sunshades: useful or not?
I never used sunshades b-4. now I only take them off at night when coyote calling. I lip sqeeked two coyotes in three years ago while deer hunting and dropped the first one while thinking I was going to get my first double the second one ran into the sun and I could not find it in the scope due to t...

Re: cooldown time
I use the hand to the barrel approch. If I can hold my hand on the barrel with out burning it for a few minutes then the barrel is not hot. I have laid my gun in the sun on a hot day (wisconsin hot -90 degrees) and not been able to touch the barrel without a round thru it. I do my load development f...
