Re: Lil' Frustrated

Hey Song dog, congrats on smackin that dog from your deck. It sure is great being able to do that from the confines of your own home. I know a fella about 1 1/2 hours west of me that does the same thing, but his "meatsickle" is about 100 yds from the house and he has taken quite a few wolv...

Re: Super accurate factory 204? Your opinions?

stevecrea - I'm not sure when they started, but Tikka is making the 204 in their "Lite" model now. http://www.tikka.fi/pdf/specs/LiteStainless.pdf I have one of those accurate 204 T3 lites in the laminate stainless models. Can hardly wait for ground squirrel season again. It's topped off ...

Re: shooting bench

I use whats called the 360 deg sharp shooter bench by inventive technology I picked it up from Cabelas when I was down in Lacey Washington two summers ago. http://www.cabelas.com/p-0039899228149a.shtml The bench is super solid and rotates smoothly for a full 360 deg. It's no BR pivot but does work v...

IMR 8208xbr powder

Has anybody tried this new powder out yet? I've heard some outstanding reviews on it and looks like it should be a real winner for the 204. I checked up on some of our local suppliers and they said it will probably be at least 6 months to a year before we see any of it out here. :chin: That's okay c...

One for the 243 T3 lite

Woke up this afternoon after working nights and had this big male chewing on the new meatsickle that I put out last week. It was a bit breezy today and the 243 has been a "safe queen" as of late with the 204 getting most of the action, so out comes the 243 T3 lite. Laid prone on the deck a...
