Walter is right it is a Muzzle Break . I put them on my Varmint rifles even the .204 's It makes an increadiable difference even on the .204's you can see so much more in your scope. KABOOM!!!!! SPLAT!!!!!

Another vote for the remington's .I also have the VLSS TH same as Gary , and I love mine. My hunting party , 5 out of 6 of us have the rem. vlss th. The only diffenece is i have 8-20 oz. Our farmer said he will let us know when he cuts so we can get ready. Last year it was so hot after he cut that it wasn't that great . We will just have to wait and see. Me my son and best friend have rem. 700 vlss thumbhole .204's and another has a rem.vlss thumbhole 22-250. And a rem 700 vls .204. 250-300 yard shots . this trip i didnt go for any long shots . Great pictures Rick i like your idea of splitting up your photos in different post. Were going this weekend again . It is not the best weather but we will mke the best of it. Next weekend is moms day and that wouldnt go over good to go that weekend.

It is just a canon Dig camera. I stand behind the shooter count down 321 and they shoot wait about 1-2 seconds and snap. It works on the 100 yards and in , closer the better. I use the Hornady 40 grain v-max
