Re: New 30 gr offering from Hornady
Rick, I foresee a great disappointment in your future! I've used the 30's in my CZ 527 hornet over H110 for 3209FPS av. but I'd rather shoot the 35 V-max anyday. Most shots resulted in quick kills but they just curl up and die, on flips, splats or air time what so ever. Lead free pah! ...........

Re: Blue Dot powder

Blitz King @3440 fps ...........................X 5 .211 @ 100 yards. If your looking for fox load you will want to stick with 32's other then Nosler as the solid base...

Re: Blue Dot?
Hi Ahab I've used BD in the .204 for two years and have ONE THING TO STRESS!! You must weigh each charge, BD will bridge in the powder thrower. In other words, if you'er set to throw 12 gr. you might get 6 in the case with 6 logged in the thrower, so the next might be 18! Just a word of cautio...

Re: need some help
Hi MH You have a very good call(ki-yi) and you might want to get good with it to mix up the stand ie While the the e caller is doing a habbit squal you can throw in a ki-yi or two. I would suggest going to a place that is illegal to hunt ( without a rifle!) in some camo and see how you do with the c...

Re 10X 39gr Bk vel. 3760's best group was .163 for five at 100, but most are sub .250 if I don't yank one. I would start about 23.5 and work up slow...

Re: NC Coyotes and Bobcats
James,
Nice cat!!!!!!!! Its funny, I've never taken one but most have called in twenty or so in the last year. They don't bother the caves like the coyotes so I leave them alone. Someday I'll take a nice one for a mount.
Was that a male?

Re: coyote and 40 noslers
Yes and no, here's why. Ive found that the 40NBT is half copper lenght wise. Your going to have a exit wound with any broadside hit at close to mid range as the solid base will go throu and throu. I find the 39gr. BK's to be the ticket for coyotes with the .204 Ruger. In larger wildcats like the 20-...

Re: Q's for our "Coyote Gods"
Huntsman is dead on! Also, you might try using coyote Kie-yie's to help bring them in after moving the heffer. It's important that you take the first coyote as close to you as you can so you leave room for the next, they won't come in over a dead yote, so take the next 40 yard further out and so on....
