CFE 223 at 30.0 g works very well for me.

I am using 30.0 gr CFE223 behind a 32 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip (lead free) for 4200 fps in my Savage Model 110.

I have been using Nikon's free SpotOn ballistics program. It works well with non-Nikon scopes. It is perfect for Nikon's BDC reticle.

There is also a $4.99 version for iPad.
