savage 93btvs

Looking at selling my savage 17 ang getting the 93btvs thumbhole accutrigger 22mag. Anyone have one of these? how does it shoot? Ive heard of some assembly problems and some barrels getting pushed by the stock. thanx.

Just picked up a handi rifle 223 heavy barrel w/4-12 simmons scope for 150 bucks. couldnt pass it up. Any one got a pet load for these guns or any tips to get them to shoot a little better. I realize it aint gonna shoot like my vssf2 204 but just wanna close the groups a little.

I love my vssf II shoots well too. It is a shame that a 1200 dollar gun with a defect makes it out more than once. They'll keep on until the get a bad rap for accuracy. I love rems but i would probably buy a savage before i bought another rem. Just a shame. I hope they get their heads out of their r...

Ive had luck with a 17 rod and jag w/6mm precut patches. My 20 brush fits the 17 rod

Sweet. I almost bought the 22-250 but went for 204 cause no one around had one at the time and i like to be different. What color stock did ya get? I'd like to try one in a 223
