Trying Varget -UPDATE-

Loaded up some rounds today with varget. Win brass, BR4 primers, 35gr bergers at sbout 2.260 coal. Loaded 27.2 up to 28.2 in .2 increments. Hopefully the weather will hold up so i can see if my VSSF likes any of them.

Re: My first homemade AR

Pretty sweet! I have come to love the AR platform and found they can be as accurate as a bolt gun even out of the box.

dents in brass

The addition of 3 kids put my reloading on the back burner for a couple of years when i was just learning basics but any way I am set up to do it again. Pulled out my bag of Win. 204 brass and found a lot of them had small dents in them. Should i load them and blow them out or chunk them? Would thos...

Re: weaver kaspa

Update. pretty good glass for the money in my opinion. High power not as clear as I like but plenty acceptable to me for the price. For me side focus was set about 120yds on scope at about 100yds. Printed 1.18 group with rem 80gr rifle express ammo with Armalite 243 freefloat tube and factory two st...

just scored a sweet deal on a kaspa. Never had experiance with them. This is gonna go on my Armalite 243 build. 4-16x44. Any of you guys had experiance with these? I know weaver makes a good product just not sure about these cheaper kaspas but at $113 im happy either way.

Re: 10 mm

While I dont have a 10 myself a guy at work has one. He brought it to our concealed carry shooting practical and showed everyone up. That Glock in his hands is wicked accurate. Most of his was in the center ring on the target. I have a springfield xd subcomp in 40 and it is very jumpy couldnt imagin...

Re: savage 93btvs

think ive settled on the 93r17 btvs thumbhole stainless. going to go order one in a day or two. $377 best deal i could find. Any accutrigger tips will be appreciated. Wish i had the money for a nice ruger 17 but just had a hip replacement (at age 31) and doctor bills are rolling in.
