richnmib with that twist I would stay above the 70 gr bullets. In my 8 twist I can not shoot the lighter bullets at full speed, they will not make it to the target. My best loads have come with Sierra bullets and IMR powders
For the 140gr SBT I use 4350
and for the 160 gr SBT either 4350 or 4831 one may work better in your rifle.
