I can buy a Remington 22-250, single shot, heavy barrel, very fancy shock.
Its new for $990. This model has been discontinued.

I'm a 3.5 lb pull guy. . . I'll be shooting, mostly, at 100,200,300 yard bench. Can't speak from experience here, but I'd seriously look at the set trigger option on CZ (also Tikka offer it as an option) If you're doing mainly bench shooting then 3 1/2 lb is a bit heavy.
