Wow how much money is at stake here, I thought this shoot was for fun. why worry so much about what class you shoot in or who shoots what in what class. these good poeple put together a shoot along with some rules and invited everyone to join in. I think we should all thank them for a job well done...

I think your giveing them to much credit. I tried it today and there is such a huge differance! the tasco is pretty bad past 16x and about 20x its horrible.Sagebrush Burns wrote:My own experience is that Tasco optics make good paper weights, tire chocks, and tent pegs.

I have a VSSF II in 22-250 and I really like it, however i have been so busy lately that i have not been able to shoot it. But so far all my remingtons have been great shooters. My rem. XR-100 in .204 will shoot well under .5 all day long with 39 gr. sierras. the only problem I have with the VSSF II...

well all the savages I have ever had have been shooters, however I have never shot a sako or tikka so I cant compare. Rick in oregon has a sako so you might ask him about his. I think all of those guns you have listed will be very good shooters.
