Still working on it but stopped chasing OAL and measuring from Ogive and sorting. looks like coal of 2.26 is best so far . shorter seems to widen the spread. getting some 1/2 inch groups but most 1 inch. playing with powder weights now and so far the heavier and faster seems less accurate. posted qu...

RL10X light load issue

What are the issues if any involving loading to 1 grain less than the listed starting or minimum charge per Barnes recommendations? how far can I drop this without it being an issue

looking at 204 DPMS Panther, 26 grain Varmint Grenade. COAL 2.26 RL10x

Thanks Rick, makes perfect sense.

The 204 is a DPMS upper so the overall length is an issue there but the 22-250 is a savage single shot bull.

I will look into the tool you recommended.
