SPF Cz 527 American 204 F/S $550. SPF
I'm selling my cz 527 american in 204. The gun is in very good condition. The price is for the gun only the scope is not included. The gun probably only has 150 or so rounds sent through it and comes with the factory box, and scope rings. I also have dies, bullets and brass that I will sell with it ...

204 Brass Question
I have been developing some loads for my cz 527 american, using 40 gr nosler bt, and IMR 8208. The only brass I had laying around was remington. The gun settled in on 26.5 grains, gave me a .226 group at 100 yards at 3586 fps. I came across some hornady brass a few days ago and decided to try the sa...

Re: First Shots new Ruger Preditor?
Moto, I'm not nearly as experienced with the 204 as most of these guys, but I'm shooting a cz 527 thin barreled 204, and got decent luck using varget and the 34 gr dogtowns. I used win brass, fed sr primer and 28.5 gr varget seated at 2.20. Not my best groups but was getting .65-.67 3 shots @ 100 yd...

Re: 40 gr. Nosler balistic tips for 1 and 12 twist
Thanks for the replies everyone, I was afraid to spend the money on the 40 gr noslers due to what I'd read on other sites, and it looks like its true here too. Looks like its a deal where I might get lucky, or I might have wasted 20 bucks. As for the 39's I've read a bunch of people that have had gr...

40 gr. Nosler balistic tips for 1 and 12 twist
Just trying to get an idea from any of you cz guys out there whether your guns will shoot the 40 grain nosler balistic tips. I'm running a cz 527 american 1 and 12 twist and have seen alot of mixed reviews out there whether the 40 gr noslers would stabilize. Also what size of groups are you getting ...

Re: AA2460
Thanks for the reply. 26.0 was my most accurate load with the powder but was only at 3/4 of an inch tried playing with the Col a little started at 2.250 and ran it out to 2.270 but the groups spread the longer I went, I guess thats proof that every gun is different. I'm glad to hear that the 40 gr B...

Re: AA2460
What bullet are you shooting with the exterminator? I thought I had read that it and 2230 were basically the same powder. I was hoping it would do better because it defiantly burnt cleaner in my gun

Re: AA2460
Ricky bobby I haven't tried 2460 but bought a pound of 2230 a couple weeks ago and so far I can't get it to bring my 40 gr Berger's under 3/4 inch @ 100. I think the 2230 is a tad faster than what your running. My gun seems to like the slower stuff so far varget and h4895 but I've had problems witht...
