Re: Off Topic
Ray, I did not mean to imply that NPR was anti gun, or anti anything. I just had never heard anything positive about guns or the shooting sports on there in 30 years of listening to them. My opinion of their political standing is my own. Sorry if I said the wrong thing. I have a bad habit of that an...

Off Topic
It’s not too often that I hear anything positive about guns or shooting in the news. I listen to NPR a lot when I am driving in my truck and I feel that they are a liberal orientated format but I still like to listen because there are no commercials and I like some of the features. Today whil...

Hawkeye Joe, Wow those are some great groups. You must be a happy man. The rifle does not look bad either.

Re: Glass Reloading Bench
That piece of glass looks to about ½ inch. If it is, you would need a major mess up to break it. The one thing it should have going for it is that it is probably very level. Be careful, watch the edge, don’t wrench things to hard down on it, and I bet you will be good to go.

Re: seating depth
Thank you Skunkriver, that information came to me via Silverfox a couple of wears ago. Not much I know that has not been thought of first by another.

Re: Case Trimmers
BS, I just bought the whole deal from Sinclair called the “Ultimate Trimmer†I think it cost about $150.00. The stand they have is worth it. For volume I think it is the next best thing to a Gracy. Call them about the hole pattern. They are friendly.

Just out of curiosity, why would someone patent a process that is common knowledge?

Re: primer pockets on Rem brass
Maybe it would be good to stick with the WW brass. I have had no problems with it except for culling out a few cases on initial inspection and then a few which are just not ever going to be concentric. When I started out a couple of years ago with the 204 I bought some Remington brass, and after som...

Re: primer pockets on Rem brass
That is a stiff load of h4895 with a 39bk. I shoot 27.0 for an average of 3650. I went up to 27.6 with a few ugly signs for an average of 3811. Extra pressure was not worth it. My best accuracy was at 27.0. Primer pockets have been fine.

I just love spending money for other people so why don't you look at the stand Sinclair's has for the Harrel measure. I really like mine.

I have not looked for 7.5's for a bit because I have 12,000. I just looked and Powder Valley has them in stock, but the price is a shock.

Re: Which one do I pick?
SW, You will never regret it. Harrel’s is one of those small American companies that have made this country great. You always have to pay a bit more for the best quality, but I have rarely been disappointed buying the best and frequently disappointed making a compromise.
