Re: Berger 30 gr. .204 bullets
Well, Not sure, but assume that it is because of the major re-vamp they just completed. Lots of things have been "out of production" while they upgraded. I may have a box still in the drawer. I'll look tonight, if I do, I shoot you a PM and send them your way.

Re: Burris optics
I handled the EARLY releases, that had some issues. They seemed to be perfectly fine. Honestly not sure I would spend the money for one. For that price range I would go with the SWFA 5-20, seem to be much clearer/truer to original color. The folks you listed aren't "US" optics, btw. Only o...

Re: 204 Midsouth 34grn
if you are having feeding issues and deeper isn't helping, try seating them longer. Remember that book data does NOT list component lot numbers, and 98% of the powder being sold to the US public won't list nominal variances. So do you have THE same burning rates, etc as what was tested in a book? Do...

I had a few during the "bad" barrel years... Never could get them to be inaccurate

Re: Nosler varmint 32gr bt loads with imr 8208 xbr
IMR 8208 doesn't have a Thales (ADI) equivalent, it IS an ADI powder! We call dried grapes, raisins. You call them Soltanos, but they are the same thing.
As for using the Hornady data for the Nosler, they are SOOO close, as to be irrelevant. Do proper load work-up, and fear not.

Re: Winchester brass replacement
Also remember that Olin sold their cartridge brass business around a decade ago. It is all least-cost bidding production. So where it comes from and the standards aren't what they were. Around 6-8 months ago, SOME of it was coming from IMI.

Re: Average Fireings
I'm at 15 reloads on my Nosler brass, and 4 more on my Hornady with no special care given.
That said, I don't pretend that I have a swift. My most accurate load is middle of the road, pressure wise.

Re: TO CRIMP AR 204 AMMO OR NOT???
Without sounding smart I have shot many thousands of rounds (223), through several ARs. Unless one is particularly fickle, I've never had a "need" to crimp. Tested with, and without. Never had any set-back.

Re: 220 Swift Powder?
760=414=2700, just normal lot variations apply. I use it in many things, but the big 3 are: 243, 6.5 Creed, 270. That powder is rather old tech, so it can be a little cranky if you are running full fire loads. If you do, have a summer load and a winter load. I found a load in my 243 which is about 8...

Re: 220 Swift Powder?
760/414/2700 always does well in the 35-55gr range for my clan. A friend loves Varget.
