I have a Nikon 4.5x-14x on my .204 and it works great.....I don't think that you will be disappointed.....the terrain that you hunt will dictate better what glass will be best for you......

Hmmm....Well lets see.....I live in New York and I shot with an elevation of 42.7 degrees and held 4 mildots left ....Hit that Chuck square in the head out in California...Had to take a plane, a bus and then a cab to verify that I had indeed connected with that varmint.....LOL....LOL

Hi...May not be that "odd"...if you check Savages web page....some of their Model 12's ARE single shot rifles....and no they aren't all stainless models....Accurate as heck to.....Good luck...shot often and shoot straight.

Most of the rounds were the CFE223, which is supposed to eliminate carbon build up. I normally shoot at that many rounds, switching back and forth between different powders, and have never had anything similar happen. I looked through the barrel after it happen and looked clean. Not "carbon&qu...

You have to remove the barrel action from the stock and for the set trigger you adjust the screw in front of the trigger....then check it for safety by cycling the bolt and the safety to see it it discharges prematurely....mine came pre-set at about 1.5 lbs....good for me....
