I made sure the back ring was in the notch, now the measurement I took was the space left between the top part of the ring and the bottom part of the ring. When I measured, the back ring was not as tight as the front ring so their was a a noticable void space between the top and bottom of the ring. ...

I took the measurements on the rings and they back were a hair higher off than the front would that cause any of the problem I am havin?

What is a box test? Are the leupold rings compatible with the bsa? New to this field so sorry if the questions seem dumb.

they are Cz's rings yes i checked to make sure they were not moving and were tight. It is a brand new bsa 4x16x40 mil dot just out the box never been used. I have a bipod on the gun so it was a steady rest.

Went to sight in my new cz 527 and had an issue. I started at 40 yards and set it for 3 inches high, went back to 100 yards to get it at an inch so i could go back to 200, and at 100 the bullet was about 4 inches low with the scoped max in elevation. I just bought a cz 527 and had a 6x24x40 bsa with an illuminated ret. the bell is way to big doesnt let the bolt slide all the way back. Does any one have any suggestions on a scope that will work please?

Will 1:12 twist stabilize the bullet I have read good and bad things. Today I ordered the cz 527 varmint in .204 heard bad things about the h&r trigger, know anything about the cz?

I just purchased my .204 i bought an h&r handi grip synthetic stock stainless barrel. I bought the hornady vmaxs in 40 gr to shoot out of it. Does any one have any feed back on the gun itself or the round? If you could get pack to me I would apprciate it.
