I think i figured it out. I increased the depth of the sizing die a little and the last couple i loaded cycled fine. Thank You

I have a new AR-15 in .204 ruger. My reloads on new cases cycle fine as well as new factory loads but the cases that have been loaded a couple times will not chamber. They wont even go into the chamber . I am using RCBS dies and they are full length. Just wondering if there is a better choice of die...

Has anyone used H414 to load the 204. I have some left from my 243 but i can't find load data for it anywhere. May be a reason for that. I have varget also but it is difficult to load due to the large size of the powder. I'm 60 miles from the nearest powder so trying to use what I have.Thanks
