Re: New 20 VT rifle in the way!
My M38 20VT has given me no problems and I'm approaching 600 rounds. I hope they get this fixed for you!

FS: .204 Sierra BlitzKing, 39 gr. - SOLD
I have 6 unopened boxes (100 cnt.). $140.00 shipped or $22.00/box + shipping (I'm guessing about $6.00/box??).
My rifle likes 35 gr. Bergers better. I hope someone can use them.

Re: another cooper question ?
Irrespective of the 43 yards or the 100 yard spread, Cooper gives a 1/2" at 100 yards accuracy guarantee for their center fire rifles.
I assumed that Cooper sent the test targets as proof that their sharpshooter can shoot my new rifle better than I can![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

Re: They're Back
My first rock chuck of the season was aimlessly wandering around my driveway a few days ago. The wife and I managed to coax it into a dog kennel and I released it into the rock pile at the back of the property. It seemed happier there and I'm hoping it rewards me with lots of new targets ![Twisted Evil ](./images/smilies/icon_twisted.gif)

Re: They're Back
My 44 degree "Summer" weather turned into wind blown snow this morning but I did get 3 very enjoyable afternoons. To say I'm a little rusty is an understatement. I bloodied a lot but mostly I just kicked sand in their eyes. I did get to try out my brand new shiny BR Pivot bench. What a nic...

They're Back
The good news is, skippy's out in limited numbers here in SW Idaho. Certainly enough to make it worth sloggin' around in the mud.
The better news is, while the class of 2013 may be freeze proof, I can verify they are definitely not bullet proof
.
I'll remember my camera next time. Cal

Re: 220 swift owners
I was just joshin' you RIO otherwise I wouldn't have said it
. You definitely appreciate a fine Cooper lineup. Not to change the subject, but what's your opinion on a few of the sweet 17's? I want to feel the "need" for a new Cooper in my future.

Re: 220 swift owners
Like RIO I have an older tang safety M77V. It was a real shooter but groups opened up and I put a new barrel on it last Fall. I haven't shot it yet but I'm sure it will shoot better than the factory barrel. After my wife created what's now a "perty" little scar on her eyebrow after ringing...

Re: I did a very bad thing
I have to stop visiting this forum or that divorce lawyer is going to cost me. :) A 20VT and a 204 in a weeks time  I'm sorry buddy, you can't un-ring this bell. Just convince the wife that the 20VT is hers and you will borrow it sometime (most of the time) and you'll be all right. By the way,...

Re: World's Finest Trimmer
Yes, it is the fancy, one trick pony, trimmer that indexes off the shoulder. They claim it is faster and more precise. Anyway, I'm very happy with my Forster too but I'm willing to ponder other options.

World's Finest Trimmer
I use Forster trimmers but would like to hear any comments regarding the "World's Finest Trimmer".
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Vapor trial
While taking a break from deer hunting last year we shot plastic water bottles with a .264 LBC-AR and a Cooper .20 VT . It was late afternoon, sunny and about 50 degrees F. and possibly 40-50% R.H.. All shots were 500 yds. The shooters were lying on the ground and the vapor trails were easily seen b...
