I emailed Barnes bullets a month ago and asked when they were going to be offering a .204 bullet. Here is their response: Hi Nathan At this time we don't have plans for a .20 cal bullet. Your comments and suggestions are appreciated! Ty We Aim to please, reloading is a great hobby, enjoy it. Ty Herr...

Check out this hawg. This is the deer that was taken with the 2006 Utah Sportsman's Tag. Each year the Utah DWR has a special drawing for every big game species in the state. There is one tag issued for each species, 1 bull elk, 1 buck deer, 1 big horn sheep and so on. The lucky guy who draws the ta...

Awesome buck, beautiful country. You gotta love fall! My all-time favorite time of year is from mid-September through mid-November. I live for those three months!

I'm glad to hear he is still with us as well. He is probably going to have to work real hard to overcome the inevitable flinch problem.

Funny how we think of 3950 as slow. That is funny. I took my old muzzle loader out the other day. I haven't shot it since the end of last September. I have only been shooting my .204 all winter and man...talk about slow. It seemed like it took that old slug forever to get the the target compared to...

Well, I am pleased. I got to shoot a box through it. Not bad results with factory ammo, over the hood of my truck. This was my best group at 100 yds. I expect better results with handloads off a bench.

It is a special ad they ran here in Lehi UT. The Cabelas store is fairly new (it opened last fall). I don't know if the promotion was for all of their retail stores or only the one here in Utah. Anyway, I'm glad I found it. I am heading out tomorrow morning to shoot it for the first time. I'll let y...

Well, I finally did it. I went into Cabelas last night and picked up a new Remington 700 LVSF in a .204. They had them on clearance for $599, plus they threw in an electronic varmint call. Seemed like a pretty good deal. I have been looking for a long time. I can't wait to get out and shoot it. Than...

I'm glad I found this site. I am seriously contemplating picking up a 204 in the very near future. I am still trying to learn all I can about this new cartridge. I like what I have read about it so far. I think it will fit nicely into my small line up of rifles. I have never owned a small caliber ce...
