My Ruger Predator in 243 initially did not feed well- Ruger sent me a new mag with a metal follower and it feeds great now

Our eastern groundhogs can be some tough critters. If you will be shooting at all over 200 yards you want to use the 39 or 40 grainers. It will reduce the numbers of hogs that will make it to their hole.

Wayy to go! I've been shooting them at night from my house now that the snow has the ground covered. Last year I shot nine from my house either from my front door or my living room window lol.

It has been brought to my attention that my scope is a VX3 and not the OLD VX III. I have updated my post to reflect that. I knew what I had but had written it incorrectly. Thanks to an observant person!
