hey mate, Depends how well you clean your barrel, how many rounds you fire while the barrel is hot etc etc.... I would imagine that If you looked after your barrel and had a good cleaning regime varminting accuracy would be retained until about 2000-2500 rounds. I would imagine the 204 barrel life w...

thanks mate...the twist is 1 in 12....which is fairly standard I think. The 40 gr VMAX's don't shoot at all in my rifle, but the 45's seem to shoot quite well. can't complain at all.
